Our priority is to get your order to you as quickly as possible without compromising on quality or accuracy. Once you place your order, it is immediately sent to our warehouse for processing and shipping.


During checkout, you can select your preferred shipping option. Based on your selection, delivery address, and the shipping location of the item(s), we will provide you with an estimated delivery date and shipping cost.


Shipping & Delivery Costs

Shipping costs depend on the shipping method chosen, the delivery location, and the total value of your order. Your shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout before you finalize your order. Alternatively, after confirming your order, our team can guide you with detailed shipping cost information.

If expedited shipping is available in your area, you will have the option to upgrade for faster delivery.

 

Packing & Shipping

Whenever possible, all items for the selected shipping address will be packaged together. However, depending on the size and quantity of items, your order may be packed and shipped in multiple boxes.

Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your package right to your doorstep.

 

Shipping Deadlines

To meet expedited shipping deadlines, orders must be placed and payment authorized before 12 PM (noon). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

 

Unexpected Delays

During peak times, such as holidays or special sales, delays may occur. We understand your time is valuable, and we appreciate your patience. If your order is delayed unexpectedly, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

 

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses and may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. No additional shipping fees will be charged for these split deliveries.

Unless you receive a cancellation email, you can expect that all your items will be shipped.


Note: 

If you're unable to receive your parcel during the delivery window, it will be automatically returned to our warehouse. Unfortunately, this process cannot be altered once it begins.
